I do, mostly oatmeal, Grape Nuts, and Wheatena. Whole grain cereals are good for you, they have lots of vitamins and fiber. Stay away from eating too much refined cereal or cereal with a lot of sugar; they are kind of like junk food with empty calories that can drive up your blood sugar level.
