How many of you have seen wrong persons get recruited for good postions!!

I have been alarmed with this question for long time and still come accross the situation where people recruit in appropriately. It affects the company itself and many talented people loose their oppurtunity. Hope this stops very soon.

I am not working but training for the job and we have just two faculties in the organisatin whichare up their job rest are just pomp and fanfair. many students have put complaint against those who are worthless still organisation has not sacked them. as less competent people do not need to be paid as per norms and they get them at cheapprice.I think its so unfair to the students.But their is nothing that can be done about it. This practice has become very common in our society.

You are right, they get recruited and dont get fired as well. this is sick.
