no its legal here in va where im at.some people cant drive and talk tho cause it breaks their concentration. a girl almost ran into me while she was on the phone from not paying attention

it is not really against the law to use a cellphone while driving. the law is there for the citizens to be aware that driving and using of cellphone at the same time can cause some adversities while you're driving.
