Why are people crazy about going to or living in USA?

It is observed in most countries of the world, specially in the Asian countries that people are simply crazy about going to America. For many people, it is a dream. They go to all extents for getting the visa approval... why do they do this? Is there a sensible answer to this?

Maybe because they think standard of living in States is really higher compare to asian living. The exchange of money from dollar to Asian money is quite big thats why they want to go to America to increase their standard of living if they will work there.
