I'm Going to Start a very Serious Discussion..what should be the Action Goverment, Should take to protect the girls..
this is very serios matter in our country..
what do u think??

there are a lot of things the government can do... but i think this issue still is also a responsibility of the parents and the girls themselves. recently more rape crimes, etc are due to lack of clear thinking on a woman's part joining a group of men she barely knew and getting drunk... ithink that is plain stupidity
