Peanuts

They say that thinking is the hardest work and energy consuming activity. As a translator from Greek to English, I think so much, even when I'm on bed. So I have to eat lots of peanuts - uncooked but not the fresh ones just taken out from the soil. If I have money, I go to the market nearby and buy a half kilo of dried peanuts and eat them just like that. I like it very much. Do you know of other benefits that could be derived from peanuts?

Yes, peanuts are good for they contain protein too. But for those who have arthritis, accordingly, beware for peanuts and other seeds are not good for you.

I am not a peanut fan myself though I take it sometimes specially when things get boring, when there's nothing to do aside from letting time pass by. Waiting for a bus, or just simple waiting for anything.

Peanuts are excellent brain food! They contain Omega oils necessary to brain function, especially higher thought.

I have heard that peanuts are good for your heart and helps prevent plaque build up in your arteries. I have read that peanut oil is as good as olive oil as far as being heart healthy.
