how to create a paypal account for free???

hi friends i want to create an paypal account for free and can anyone say me the methods of doing it and when i go to the site they ask to choose from different types...... and i am confused.So please say me......with correct procedure,step by step....

go to paypal website and register yourself for free and no need to become premium member...

it's simple actually. go to: MY PROFILE----EDIT PROFILE----PAYMENT INFORMATION and fill the form and submit, rest will be taken care of. all the best
