VITAMIN E - SIDE EFFECTS?

does swallowing vitamin E have any side effects? does it harm the kidneys or does it have any effect on the menstruation of women? are there any medicos or docs around who can help with the answers, or anyone who knows? thanks

no,its only very good for the men so do not try taking it as a woman unless recommanded by a doctor,only dependon the natural once in our foods
