Every year thousands of Filipino Nurses are going to different countries. Countries from Europe, America and Arab Countries... In my school alot of second coursers taking up Nursing degree. Not only that even doctors are also taking up Nursing Degree... Hospitals here in the Philippines understaff of Nurses... What would be going to happen 5, 10 or 15 years from now to our country? Probably we will be also hiring doctors, nurses and other medical practitioners from other countries.....

Oohh, do you think medical staff from other countries will come here? Unless the government improve the income opportunity and facilities of medical staff, exodus of medical practitioners will continue and few years from now we have no alternative but to resort to quack doctors. Kudos to our government and corrupt politicians.

Mostly people leave to other countries when they don’t have job satisfaction. There are two things either they are paying very less salary as compare to other country or they feel overload of work at their work place. There may be some other causes such as doctors misbehave them during their duties etc.
