which one is better, living in usa or living in canada?

Most of my friends who nowadays working in USA, consider (later) to stay in Canada. They think that the goveernment, the infrastructure, the religion more welcome to them. I myself haven't had enough facts yet, why my friends so sure they'll have a better life and self actualiazion when they stay in Canada.
