I have 2 bad experiences in ebay. First, when i tried to buy a laptop, i had already paid $360, but until now i never get the product delivered to my address. Second, when i tried to join the auction, and i used the reserved price facility, for selling two different items, i must pay $36. And I can't sell anything, because nobody bid at my price. How can i play the best in ebay then?

I bought a movie from a powerseller and it never came. i emailed them to ask them what had happened one time. I didn't aske for a second video or anything, and they left me bad feedback for harassing them when my message said "I have yet to recieve the video I purchased from you, may I please get a tracking number?" Some people on there just stink. You can't really trust the ratings because every purchase is different.

yeah. I have the same experience. My friend who has the same experience when he bought a laptop for $350, and he complained to ebay. then ebay gave him back $275. That's better.

Well, sometimes things do happen and people do have Bad experiences with Ebay. I am just Glad they now do more about things than they used too. You should be able to make a Report and get your $$ back that you are out if you Report this problem to Ebay. You might need to wait a little bit of time, but I would be shocked if nothing ever comes from it if you choose to report this situation.

Check the ratings of the seller you're buying from. Once, this guy cheated my friend money from ebay, we called the FBI and Ebay.com since we were international buyers. We eventually got 1000USD back.

I have had an issue lately of soccer moms buying things for their kids and then turning around and wanting to cancel bids (after the end of the auction) because little Billy changed his mind and didn't want a video ipod or whatever the hell I was selling at the time. This happened 2 times in the last 30 days. Other than that, no real troubles with ebay over the past 7 years that I have been a member.
