Problems with Gamefly...

I signed up for the free trial at Gamefly.com...my kids were on my butt because they wanted to rent video games online. I thought I'd sign up for the free trial and check it. Well they charged my credit card for a full month membership fee BEFORE my free trial offer was up! I'm furious! I did contact them but I have not gotten a response yet. Has anyone else had this happen? IF so, did you get it resolved and how did you accomplish that?

Well, I think you should really call them up. Do they have a local store? As in a physical store?

Yeah, that's a good idea. No they don't have a local store where I'm at. I'll have to check their website to see if they give a phone number. Thanks for your post!
