the best curing of headache is drinking a hot coffee and just sleep a while it will disappear.. and u can be free for ever or else just take the garlic and make it as a paste and apply on ur head..

That must make you smell beautiful lol. Do you apply on the temple's or where? I get headaches, and sometimes they are located toward's the back of my head, so I was wondering if you have to apply to area.

by regularly doing the meditation in a proper way, it will be useful . Definitely your headache will be cured. and also using balms etc is only temporary affairs. Sometimes I take ibuprofen nd then i take a nap. usually when you take the time out to just rest and relax it will go away on its own. But in my case the nape and pill thing always works best. try it and see what happens.
