Can anyone tell me? We have white veneers for blinds in our living room

for our large window. We paid alot of money for them, the other ones we had were gross and discolored. Well now these are falling off the bar, and are also discolored. My husband bleached them, cleaned them, and they are getting gross looking. What can I do, they are over 1 yr old.
