Keeps Chocolates wid u..whenever u get the urge 2 smoke..pop in a choc..it helps !!

i have been smoking since i was 16 years old and i have tried loads of times to give up, i suceed for a little while but than i always seem to be back on them again, i have tried everything but i am determind that one day i will be a non smoker i wish you good luck
