have u ever tasted banana chips??

When I was in Quito, Ecuador the bars served banana chips instead of potato chips or popcorn. Ecuador, at least at that time, was called the Banana Republic. There are so many kinds of bananas it makes my head sping just to think of it. I love banana chips and once in a while i see them in specialty grocery stores here in Portugal but very rarely.

It's plenty here also. I like it when its coated with a lot of sugar.
