Business sold.....what now?

Here's the thing. Recently the storage facility that I work at was sold to another company here in my home city. The new owner has told both myself and my manager that nothing is going to change in the beginning. Already I have noticed small changes that don't really affect anyone but my job. My question(s) to you are have anyone of you ever had this happen and if so how did it affect you?
