hi,its true in REAL CLOSE FRIENDS...now a days we are having friends in pubs..casinos..journies...theatres.JUST LIKE THAT...even on MYLOT PAGE as ADD FRIENDS...these are not come under your proverb...

Not always. I mean normal people this would apply to. If you help someone then they kinda owe you so you end up becoming friends through the exchange of favors but some people just want to use you.
