Hemroids

how do you get rid of hemroids and quickly? Do you have to use laxitives? What if your pregnant and have them is it still safe to use them? Do they ever go away?

Sitting on a folded bath towel in a tub with a few inches of warm water for 15 minutes, three or four times a day, may help ease hemorrhoidal pain by relaxing muscles and soothing the anal area.

but then thing is that it don't hurt anyother time but when i go to the bath room.. and it's been that way for over a year now!
