Anyone know of EASY exercises?

I cannot stand, so is there anything that I can do sitting?

What part of your body are you trying to work out. I know you are on crutches, so that will be a big enough upper boy work out! Tummy tighteners also are good and you can do them sitting down (just tense and relax tummy muscles and do the same for thigh muscles) Maybe just take some time off till you are really well anf then start out slow with a walk and build up time and distance.

Get a pedal exerciser. You can use with your feet when your are sitting, or use it on your table top an use your hands. Exercise bands can be used while sitting too. The will work your muscles using resistance.

Sounds good, but I have that bad foot still and cannot do a thing but stay off it. Thanks for the help though. Maybe if I get better I can pedal again.

I too cannot stand to exercise even go for walks, but I have a machine called a Jake where you sit on it and can do quite a few different exercises on it and your feet hardly touch the ground. There are stretching ones where you can sit on a chair and tummy crunches by leaning forward and back. You can also do arm stretches.

well there is the machine called the ab lounger and it costs around 100 dollas but u can sit there and watch tv and during commercial break you can start doing the exercise thats what i do b/c i like watching TV while working out at the same time!!

There is a lot of exercises that you can do without standing. You have a health problem ? if you you do you should consider an advice from a doctor. My advice is to exercise on what you eat first than what you should burn with the exercises
