How do I become a Personal Shopper or a Secret Shopper?

I really love to shop and I think I'm pretty good at it. I was hoping to make some extra cash by shopping for people, something I think could work expecially during this time of year, but I don't know how I would go about starting up. Any suggestions? Also, I was hoping to find a LEGIT website to sign-up to be a secret shopper.
