I started having my Cabbage Soup Diet last Nov.1, 2006 and for just a month, im a little thinner compared to my 33-inch waistline. Now I'm in a 30-inch size. It's very effective. I lose some weight already just enough to wear nice clothes during Christmas gatherings. Try searching for the recipe in yahoo or google if you're interested.

I tried it but chickened out. My aunt did it and lost alot of weight!

actually, it is recommended as a 7-day diet only. but for me, the longer i can do it, the better. your aunt must be too disciplined and willing to lose weight. congrats to her! thanks for the comment, too.

I always wondered if the diet worked.Does the soup taste ok?I need a diet that works thats why I ask.

actually, it tastes good at first. but when you're eating it everyday, you'll have the tendency to get sick of it. all you have to do is savor it with different spices during each meal so that you won't get tired of the taste. and becoz of the sickening taste as you eat it over and over again, you'll eat less of it. in that sense, you'll not bloat.
