Does anyone have any good recipes?

this is my favorite tofu recipe Mix in a shallow dish soy sauce and garlic powder, put cubed tofu(about 1/2 inch cubes or thin strips) and let it soak for 15-20 mins flip them over during that time as well to be sure they are well coated. Then roll the cubes in nutritional yeast flakes (or powder but flakes work better) and this will give them a lovely crunchy cheesy taste. Then fry them up untill the are slightly crisp. They are an amazing snack and taste as though you are eating some wonderful naughty fatty food, but you arn't, they are amazing for your health!! Plus it's a great way to get both protein and B vitamines! Hope you enjoy!
