Eating low-fat foods can actually make you fat

            If you thought that eating low-fat foods would help you watch, especially if you happen to be obese, then you better think again, for it seems that the only thing that such foods do it make you pile on even more calories,

                    Well it all depends on how you use the food. People who eat more of it because it is low fat, no it doesn't help them. If you stick to the serving sizes and eat the same amount you normally would or less, then you will loose wieght. Reading lables has a lot to do with it too - if something is low fat but more calories and higher sodium, don't buy it.
