Has Anyone else noticed that the Ratings buttons do not seem to be recording?

Today I am rating people in my discussion conversations just like I always do, however, today I can see that I click the plus or minus button.
I then may respond or go to another page and when I come back, my rating is gone and it asks me to rate the same people and responses that I have already rated before????
I have a different thread talking about the fact that my dollar total (not my stats) decreased today, is the system buggy today or what?

Yes, I have actually been having problems with that for several days. I don't know if it records it when that happens or not. My total points decreased today by five and later I posted three or four before it finally started recording the number of posts again. I don't know what is going on with it.
