Would you be prepared to pay extra for "environmentally-friendly" goods and services that curb global warming/climate change?
Do you purchase these type of goods already?

You know, until I saw Al Gores An Inconvenient Truth I was worried about it but kinda had the attitude that it was just a problem beyond me and out of my hands there fore I could do nothing about it. Seeing his documentary scared me all of a sudden the problem of global warming is racing downing on our heads. The one thing that I have done in the past 2 months, and mind you I was still skeptical that it would indeed work was purchasing the new florescent light bulbs. They are expensive running about 10.00 for a pack of three, but I went ahead and over the course of a couple of weeks bought enough to replace the old light bulbs in my house.
Sure enough we are seeing a big difference in our electric bill. This is enough to make me realize we ALL have to start doing the best we can and start making the small changes that can make a difference.

*cheers for you* Absolutely... any little thing YOU can do is truly a step forward. Imagine if your whole block, then neighbourhood, suburb, city then state did one little thing. And it all adds up and becomes a big thing.
We are experiencing a drought at the moment in Australia and are on water restrictions. Not able to water our gardens or wash our cars ect... I'm using the grey water from the washing machine to water my garden instead of letting it go down the drain. I'm just trying to do little things that I'm sure in the long run will add up to help!
