How important is it to be fluent in english

does it really matter? I think yes in some way, but we need to realize that other languages can be intellectual too.

Samskrit is the most intellectual language according to me,due to:- 1.Its grammatical system etc were developed,2500 years ago. 2.There is no difference the language's usage over two thousand years. 3.Samskrit Literature was highly developed 2000 years ago,and many of the world's top literature are actually a copy of Samskrit stories,like "Kathasarit Sagara" 4.There are many other creative stories,like "Panchtantra",copied into many languages. Many Samskrit words are used in English and in countries,like Indonesia,Thailand etc.

i think that being fluent in english is very important. English is the most widely used language, it is the universal language, which everyone should know. Even if someone is going abroad then english bcomes the prime language. So it is that important.
