If you want to spend that amount then i would advice you to buy a Sony P990. Its a very good phone. I think that its price is between 20-22K. So it might come in your budget. Besides it can work as a blackberry as well.

if you are spending 20k rs dont purchase any symbian mobile , as you will be bored by them in 20 to 45 days, go for WINDOWS mobile or some PALM mobile

saloni i can advice you to go for some POCKET PC ... you should go for O2 NEO it is a palm top IT WILL COST YOU 19000 TO 20500 RS in gray market ... i am using it .. it is the best mobile in this range .. it is called pocket pc because it has WINDOWS OPERATING SYSTEM you can see more products of o2 from given link www.seeo2.com

above 20000 , my favorite phone in nokia N93
