sending him to the hospital without doing anything is futile and you're not even helping the victim in any means.

1. first thing that you should be doing is to determine if the patient is responsive or not. 2. if not, call for an ambulance. 3. start CPR right away. 4. if there's an AED near your area, use it after you check if the patient is not breathing and after you give two normal breathing to the victim. 5. continue doing CPR until you are tired, the ambulance arrived and when the victim regained consciousness.
