Yes i do, and if you want to succeed in achieving any of your goals, you have to have this 'mind set-up' of planning your work and working on it. The 2 reasons why most bsinesses fail is that these two elements are not present. If any person really wants to succeed in any business (or in any endeavor), that person should have a well thought-out concrete plan and that plan should be well executed and should be put into action ( plan + action = success).

I can't be more agreeable with this statement. With proper planning, you will ensure that you won't be surprised by unexpected when executing the work. During the planning stage, you will also able to estimate the resources you have and whether you need additional resources to be injected into your work prior to its commencement. This will give u the smoothness of work execution. After planning... one definitely has to work the plan...otherwise, it is another waste of resources / effort for not execute your plan accordingly.

I believe on this for it really helps you find the right path. Planning is to avoid committing many mistakes and maximizing your resources. While materializing your plan is for your work to be well done.

I do agree, and it definatly does take discipline to follow through on the plan. Making the plan is actually the easiest part, believe it or not.
