Are you a heavy smoker who needs help quitting? IT can be done. What method are you using to quit? Good luck.

Sorry Cnotable, I never smoked. So I am not responding much on your topic. However, I will visit your other topics posted here. Congrats !!! for starting good topic. Many remedial comments will come here which will be beneficial for our friends, who love to smoke.

well in my friend circle no one smokes.. ya but v all drink but occationaly not routine drinker.. hhmmmm v sit every friday eve for drink just for entertainment sake

Yes sure I need a big and strong help. Smokers usualòly are adiccted and I am one of them. I am not using any method because i am not trying to quit.

I am flushing my system with lots of green tea and water to get the nicotine out sooner then otherwise.

Though I am not a heavy smoker but I had been smoking for the last ten years and now I am comletely fed up with this smoking but I have been unable to quit. Please do tell me how to quit.
