I have a friend who is In canada. we met while chatting in a website.then we started e-mail exchanging & doing webcam chat & voice chat. even today i chat with her every day.we have become best friends.Chatting on cam is not a big deal.But,it depends what you do while chatting. you both are strangers to each other. you can do voice chat. but, while cam chat you should be carefull as what you are doing with chat. These days there are many software & equipments to videos while chatting. so, be aware while chatting on cam with strangers.
