The way the human body works is pretty simple. There is a certain number of calories that your body requires every day in order for it to maintain its current weight. so to control ur weight the basic funda is workouts... it includes weightlifting,jogging,exercises... so do u workout...

Sometimes we feel that were in good shape,but the thing is we really need to shape up our inner body,you know what i mean.Our internals need some flexes some cardio... to help us maintain our outside body. If your gonna ask me,im in a very good shape, i mean very fit.but im not wasting my time doin nothing.every day i do jogging,sometimes workout at the gym...well anyway its your choice. take care

i used be a regular exerciser when i was in school... but as my school days went away my good habits went away with them too..n now i dont get up before 8 o'clok in morning n i dont remember when was the last time i went for a jog or a sit up...n as a result my tummies growing...lol
