Over smart Brother in law

I am having three brother in law.In that one is doing his sixth class.But he is speaking like a 60 years old man.He is not studying his lessons properly. But he is doing all other things like odering from the hotel and eating. playing computer games a full day, going out without saying, not giving respect to others,etc.........This is not my problem he is inserting his head in my personals and he is gaining good name in that. As i am in a joined family,and he is very small, I cant able to tolerate this. Please give me some tips to rectify this problem.
