Post good quality discussions. When you do them make sure you do it for more than four or five lines and not just one or two words. Select such a discussion which u feel will get good number of responses. When you respond to others discussions do it in more than five lines. Upload pictures relevant to discussions and interests. When people respond to your discussion mark the best response and rate them. This should help u i think. All The Best.

I am in the same boat... I asked the same question you did. The answers i got wee to refer people continuously. Because you get a kickback of whatever they earn. Also interesting topics never fail. The more people that respond the better. I'm no expert just lending a helping hand... hope it helped :)
