Will yo buy the Conflict Diamond?

It's said that almost 10~15% diamonds are conflict diamond. Humanist say we should refuse to buy them even if thay are cheaper than the licensed diamond. Will you refuse it if 20% cheaper than the normal diamond? Do you think the Kimberley Process will be successful finally?

I don't know. Maybe I will buy ! Cheaper is so important to me,because I'm not rich.
