Your Kids

With five kids, I can't really afford to buy alot of expensive gifts for them. But they have learned to appreciate every gift. I always spend roughly the same amount on each child, and make sure they have the same amount of gifts. I haven't heard any complaints so far. :)

That is so different from family to family it's hard to answer. Some parents may be able to spend $500 easily without putting any burden on themselves. Other families may only have $20. I think if you have the $ then go ahead and buy the kids nice things. Of course they probably shouldn't get everything they want - wouldn't want them to be spoiled brats!
