Can you tell me how face-to-face communication helps at work? Today, most of clients, colleagues and stakeholders are just a phone call or email away -- technology has made communication that simple. However, while tools like telephones and computers score high on convenience and speed, they lack the warmth and emotion that face-to-face communication provides.

Yes I agree with U..there is nothing like sharing ur thoughts with a person face to face...this charm of interaction is lost when u r on cell/phone...u have the possibility of reaching to the heart of a person when u r in front of him/her..agreed..
