No baywatch in Goa: Lifeguards flunk test

All the sea and surf surprisingly do not make good swimmers in Goa. Much to its chagrin, the Goa Tourism Development Corporation realised this when it conducted a swimming test for 129 lifeguards. And guess what? Only one of them could swim 400 metres in the mandatory nine minutes. As many as 40 to 50 aspirants could not even complete the stretch despite that the test was held in a swimming pool so what are your guesses are you safe there
