Scotch Egg.
Hard boil some eggs.
Beat 2 eggs in a bowl.
Dip an egg in the beaten egg.
Get some sausage meat and cover the egg with about 1/4 inch (6-10mm) of meat.
Dip the egg covered in meat in the beaten egg again and then roll in breadcrumbs.
Deep fry until golden brown.
Eat straight away, or put in pocket for later.

My two current favorite recipes are both from Everyday Italian on the Food Network.
One is Giada's lasagna rolls. They are delicious! Instead of making it like regular lasagna, you put the filling onto the lasagna noodles and roll them up. Voila...personal lasagna rolls. I followed her recipe exactly except that I didn't use spinach and I cooked DH's "rolls" with italian sausage in the mix.
I also like her parmesan-encrusted porkchops! Delicous!
