How long were you dating before you got married?

I am jst 20 and i have been dating for nearly 4 years now...marrige is yet to happen

Well... i have been going out with my boyfriend for 7 years now and we're getting engaged next month and the wedding is gonna be next year sowhere about the same time.

About two years. Good times.

We met April 20th 05, engaged June 05, and married by July 8th 05. Here we are going stong as ever and expecting out first little one March of 07.

Just a few months....

My hubby and I dated for 5 and a half years before we got married but we knew each other for 8 years. I met him cause I was dating his best friend at the time!

We were together 2 months before getting engaged, and we were married one year after we met! Fast, I know!

10 years (off and on)

My fiance proposed to me a little over a year after we were dating. We are getting married next October, and that will be a few days after our 3 year anniversary

We were together for 15 months before we got married. However, I was wearing an engagement ring for 13 of them. I was in love and wanted to marry, but afraid of anything that happened so fast, so I insisted on a long engagement. I don't know who I thought I was kidding, though. I was actively planning the wedding the whole time so it's not like I was truly evaluating whether or not I wanted to be married. Nearly 6 years later I'm still very glad to be married to this wonderful man, though.

we dated 3 years before we got married, i was 21..8 years later we are separted, i think i was way to young to get married back then....

10 years. i was 18 and he was 20 when we met so it took that long before we were ready

i've known my husband for 8+ years..been with him on and off and finally got married 2 years ago. 3 months after our twins were born. hard to say how long we were dating for though! it was a long and very bumpy road for us!
