A friend of mine is going for full custody of his two little girls ages 6 and 7 years old believing that his exwife is not raising them correctly, do you think that HE can raise them better than his exwife or do you think the girls should stay with their mother? What are you thoughts

Dad is imporant in the development of children, whether male or female children. Both mom AND dad are the optimal.

I would have to know more about each parent than their genders. I think a man can raise girls better than a woman and a woman can raise girls better than a man. The key question is which woman and which man. Single parents raise children of opposite genders and manage to do fine.

I think with so many women in the workforce there are a lot more "Mr. Moms" out there and I think they can do a pretty good job once they get the hang of how everything works. As far as the full custody situation, I don't know anything about the people involved so I can't make a statement about that.
