Leonardo da Vinci (1452-1519), Florentine artist, one of the great masters of the High Renaissance, celebrated as a painter, sculptor, architect, engineer, and scientist. His profound love of knowledge and research was the keynote of both his artistic and scientific endeavors. His innovations in the field of painting influenced the course of Italian art for more than a century after his death, and his scientific studies (particularly in the fields of anatomy, optics, and hydraulics) anticipated many of the developments of modern science.
Do u think the the Novel "Da vinci code" is based on true fact about him?

It's nice to know about who Leonardo Da Vinci is. He is really a talented and gifted person.
But the novel Da Vinci Code, is that about him? I thought that is about the Lord Jesus. Their existence did not occur at the same time and place. Whatever he thought of about the Lord, what played in his mind, that is his own personal thing. And who knows or knew the mind of him? The author?
Many people are good at contriving many things to achieve their own purpose.

I think it is quite possible, though Dan brown writes fiction based on theories

Da Vinci was criticized by the church quite a bit during his life. I believe Dan Browns book is more fiction than fact, but it wouldn't surprise me if daVinci was part of a secret society like that.

It has been awhile since I've read The Da Vinci Code, but I don't remember it being all that much about Da Vinci himself. I am researching Leonardo Da Vinci right now and finding him to be ever fascinating, what he was, just seems so wonderful... the things he produced, beautiful!
