Traditionally in our country, it isn't right that a woman will be proposing to a man. But as things changes, new technologies and gadgets set in, everything is advanced, same with people, with the way they weight things/life...Now days, woman have the guts to propose to their man...That's LOVE....

Sure it happens often enough. But personally I think men should do the proposing. Men are made to take the lead and things get all confused when they can't lead.
