It's hard to quit smokking, using abusive language and drinking. But if you really want to you can do it. Hang in there you'll reach your goal. Good luck!

I hope you can stick to it. I stopped smoking two years ago and am so glad I did it. Feel better and is a new person. All the best for the future man.
