Creator of the Green Lantern passed away on December 12th

That was a sad day for many DC comics fans. Anyone here a Green Lantern fan? If so, how do you feel about Mr. Martin Nodell's death? I am not a huge comic fan, but I know I always take it to heart when a person who influnced my life passes away even though I didn't really "know" them.

Oh my I didn't hear about this. Yes I was a Green Latern fan when I was a child. I haven't read or seen of him in years but I enjoyed the character. It's sad that the author and creator of the character is now gone from this earth. Thank you for letting us know. I had no clue till I saw this.
