Birth Control

There is a new theory that birth control is leading to a lot of divorces because once a women is on birth control it changes her hormones so she is attracted to a different type of guy eventually she might marry this guy and then when the couple is married and the women goes off birth control she finds out she doesn't like the guy at all and it leads to a divorce or after the women has children and her hormones revert back to normal she realizes this isn't the guy she likes and it leads to a divorce. Sociologist are all over this theory what do you guys think?

This sounds a bit ridiculous to me. Do you have links for journal articles or resources about this theory? Were there any clinical trials that are published? I would like to see some more information.
A woman's hormones fluctuate naturally throughout the monthly cycle, not just when she is taking hormones for birth control. In fact, birth control pills are the same hormones that are made in a woman's ovaries.
