Why more woman suffers insomnia than man?

According to the data from the newspaper in Jakarta, more woman suffers insomnia than man. The newspaper didn't give enough data why it was so. Is it like that to in other countries?

insomnia - insomnia
i guess so.and i think its because woman are a thinker,even a small problem women can think about it all day,man are not like that.so i think thats why more woman suffers insomnia

yeah, maybe you are right. So how to reduce that desease? to advice woman not deeply think about anythink? like an easy going person?
