Mylot Administrators Inconsiderate

Great community but a shame about the mylot support team, I have sent two emails to them so far and still they do not have the courtesy to respond....bah humbug to you mylot. Also have other family members who have signed up but still not received confirmation email, and we don't use free email hosting. I gather its a technical.

Yeah, I agree it's a shame that myLot doesn't respond to user's e-mails, but... ah... what can we do? Not much, I guess. As for your family and the confirmation e-mails, I'm guessing they checked their spam folders, yeah? One would think they'd be there, but then again, maybe not? I haven't had a problem, but I've heard about others who have and that kinda sucks. Hope it all works out somehow! Good luck!
