I went to Boston in April to visit my best friend. I was gone for 5 days. Since we got married, 5 days were the longest we've been apart. He came to pick me up at the airport, took me out to eat, and went to rent movies of my choice, and we went home. Once I got inside the house, I was very surprised, he cleaned the house up and down! It was spotless, and in the bedroom, he bought me dozen roses by my side of the bed. I was happy to see him at the airport but I was glad that he did all these work just for me.

My ex-wife surpised me one Firday. She coordinated with my boss to pick me up from work on a Firday afternoon. Had a bag packed with clothes waiting in the car. And surprised me with a romantic getaway to the beach for my birthday.
